WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Test Manager at JYSK you will drive test excellence across agile teams and strengthen our approach to quality engineering. You will help define and implement test methodologies while coaching teams to achieve a robust quality standard.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Setting the direction for quality engineering in your ART as part of a broader QA initiative across JYSK
• Ensuring a structured test approach with a shift-left mindset
• Planning and estimating testing efforts across different test activities
• Monitoring and controlling test activities
• Conducting quality risk assessment and defining test strategies
• Following up on the test process throughout the test lifecycle
• Setting up maintaining and reporting on quality metrics

This is an on-site position at our Head Office in Aarhus Denmark. Travel can be expected in this position.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are establishing a shift-left quality culture to support our IT modernisation journey. You will provide expert guidance and leadership in securing a robust quality assurance framework grounded in proven test methodologies.

Furthermore we are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has experience in leading quality assurance across multiple agile teams in a SAFe setup
• Can advise teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on quality engineering practices
• Is strong in communication and able to engage effectively with different stakeholders
• Has solid knowledge of test methodologies and experience supporting test engineers and developers
