Job Summary

Demonstrate leadership in the field of hospitality and ensure consistent high-quality service at all stages of hotel sales;
Ensure that the products and services offered to guests meet or exceed their expectations;
Provide loyal and attentive service to clients to develop long-term relationships and achieve business growth;
Participate in annual business planning forecasting meetings with stakeholders system trainings report analysis and profit and loss management;
Hold meetings with clients to identify their needs and provide recommendations on products and services aligned with their goals;
Discuss strategies and prepare action plans aimed at increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction;
Monitor competitors activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement in existing operations;
Develop and implement sales strategies focused on new products services and markets;
Organize promotional events to increase sales potential and generate interest in products;
Provide and implement suggestions to improve existing systems and internal procedures;
Actively participate in budget analysis preparation of annual budget plans and expense planning;
Lead the preparation updating and communication of departmental guidelines and procedure documents to staff;
Update quarterly action plans and financial objectives to achieve established sales targets;
Ensure timely and accurate sharing of information regarding events and group reservations with relevant departments;
Define and implement effective strategies to achieve annual sales goals;
Build and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with local and governmental suppliers to optimize revenues.


Qualifications :

Higher education (a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management is preferred);
Relevant experience in a similar position;
Proficiency in Opera PMS Software Opera Sales & Catering / Opera Sales Force Automation Property Manager and Microsoft Windows programs;
Ability to stay calm composed and attentive to guests needs at all times;
Adherence to professional telephone etiquette standards;
Fluent in Azerbaijani English and Russian;
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
Dynamic personality with a strong willingness to learn;
Strong sales and presentation skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Management experience is considered an advantage;
Strong analytical organizational and creative thinking skills.
