Technical Expertise:
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy: Drive company performance growth and operational efficiency.
Production & Operations: Ensure quality timely delivery lean processes and compliance.
Sales & Export: Grow domestic and international sales strengthen customer relationships and maintain export standards.
Finance & Commercial: Manage budgets P&L and cost efficiency.
People & Culture: Lead by example mentor managers and foster teamwork and accountability.
Key Requirements
Success Metrics
- Materials performance coatings and industrial fabrication.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models (AutoCAD SolidWorks Rhino).
- Basic engineering principles: stress points load calculations and material strength.
- Machine operation and maintenance (sewing welding cutting assembly).
- Rigging and installation techniques.
- Health & safety compliance (OHS ISO 9001).

- Hands-on leadership and strong commercial acumen.
