Job Summary

As a Consultant you will be an integral part of our high-performing team supporting the delivery of client engagements across a range of industries. You will work under the guidance of experienced management consultants with a strong focus on learning development and exposure to real-world consulting challenges.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the development of business strategies and operating models helping clients define their vision strategic priorities and pathways to growth or improvement.
  • Contributing to business case development for infrastructure technology or operational investments including financial modelling cost-benefit analysis and stakeholder alignment.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of organisational change initiatives including process improvement workforce planning and service delivery optimisation.
  • Supporting project and program delivery activities applying structured methodologies to ensure initiatives are delivered on time within scope and aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Conducting market research stakeholder interviews and data analysis to generate insights that inform client recommendations.
  • Preparing client-ready deliverables including presentations reports and briefing materials that communicate findings and strategic options clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaborating with team members across disciplines contributing to a high-performing inclusive and innovative consulting environment.
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders building trusted relationships and understanding their needs to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Contributing to internal initiatives such as thought leadership capability development and practice growth.

You bring a strong academic foundation and a passion for solving complex problems. You may have some internship or early professional experience and demonstrate:

  • A strategic mindset and curiosity about how organisations operate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and eagerness to learn from others

Qualifications :

Tertiary qualifications in commerce business economics public policy technology or a related discipline
