We are expanding support for our team members through this newly created position. This role will be required to be onsite at our Pierce Manufacturing facility in Bradenton FL.
The Team Member Care Administrator serves as the first point of contact for all team member needs delivering a seamless experience that reflects our People First Culture. This role is responsible for leave and attendance administration payroll processing and record management ensuring accuracy compliance and partnership with the HR team this position also supports the candidate and onboarding experience helping new team members transition smoothly into the organization.
The administrator manages team member information within Workday and timekeeping systems performing payroll audits reporting and corrections as needed. They coordinate leave requests (medical and non-medical) short- and long-term disability benefits and the return-to-work process in collaboration with the Occupational Health Nurse and HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role partners with team members COEs payroll process owners and third-party administrators to deliver an experience that reinforces our People First Culture and supports overall team member well-being.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting ventilation and temperature-controlled settings.
Duties are largely sedentary requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary including walking short distances standing or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$44500.00 - $68300.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
