The Change Management Lead - Global ERP Implementation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition for end-users across multiple regions and business units.
- Develop and execute a global change management strategy and plan
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify change management needs
- Design and deliver training programs communications and stakeholder engagement plans
- Develop and implement change management metrics and monitoring plans
- Identify and mitigate change risks issues and resistance
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure change management is integrated into project plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders and end-users
- Provide coaching and support to stakeholders and end-users during the transition
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development or related field
- 5 years of experience in change management organizational development or a related field
- Experience with ERP implementations and technical change management
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Experience with training development and delivery
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Language Skills: English (Advanced)
- Mathematical Skills: Basic (Intermediate)
- Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Problem Solving (Advanced)
- Computer Skills: Office 365 (Intermediate)
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced highly professional environment.
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Experience with global implementations and multicultural teams
