Purpose Statement
The Controls Technicians are responsible for effectively providing services to lead the on-site installation start-up maintenance troubleshooting and operation of automation control systems & advanced manufacturing software applications drive systems manufacturing systems industrial networks and the individual products which comprise these systems.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Provide support through the performance of the installation as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses troubleshooting service and repair of equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot PLCs HMIs and SCADA systems
Maintain automation equipment
Troubleshoot problems identify and implement new or amended system functionality identify operational process gaps and take corrective actions.
Execute initiatives supporting our automation strategy and controls engineers
Develop and write documentation as required (standard operating procedures technical reports etc.).
Communicate with leadership teams regarding project detail
Knowledge Skills and Experience
#
Experienced in PLC and HMI programming utilizing RSLogixFactoryTalk Studio RSView32 and/or FTView ME/SE
PowerFlex products and applications
Ethernet/IP Switches
Servo/Motion control
Experience with networks including EtherNet ControlNet DeviceNet RIO and DH
Application/Project experience utilizing software packages such as AssetCentre
Experience in Virtual Machine computing and Thin Client technology

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation its subsidiaries and affiliates (Richs) reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience knowledge skills abilities shift differential and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$93845.52-$126967.46
