Job Summary
We are looking for an expert Executive Assistant to support 2 Senior Executives in our Apple Content and Services team for Europe for the period of a maternity contract. If you are a pro-active adaptable team player who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment we want to hear from you!
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding calendar management skills.
- Used to working in fast paced environments with tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Interest and experience identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity.
- Confidentiality discretion and judgement.
- Able to act as a gatekeeper while retaining goodwill.
- iMac and iPhone literate.
- Experience with working within the Entertainment Industry a plus but not essential.
- Deep passion for the Apple brand Apples products and mobile technology.
