About the role

This role is a 24/7 emergency alarm receiving and call monitoring / responding service supporting vulnerable residents. Responsibilities include call handling via our Jontek system responding in person to some emergencies processing referrals installing alarms and maintaining accurate records. Excellent customer service skills and driving license (manual car) are essential.

Role Specific Qualifications

You will hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive a manual vehicle.
