Giant Tiger Wholesale is looking to hire a permanent Receiving Dock Associate for our brand-new fully automated 660000 square foot distribution centre in Johnstown ON! GTW can offer paid material handling equipment training full medical/dental benefits a store discount and 24/7 onsite gym access.

Giant Tiger Wholesale - We can offer:
Starting wage of $19.43/hour!
Additional $2/hour for hours worked 9:00pm - 6:00am;
Automatic milestone wage increases at 1040 hours 2080 hours 4160 hours and annually after that;

Highlights:
Assisting lumpers in unloading containers using a low lift double pallet jack;
Assist receivers in the offloading and sorting of receiving goods based process;
Run receiving pallets from the receiving dock to cross aisle locations or drive in rack locations;
Assist in organization and tidiness of the dock areas (basic clean up ensuring supply of empty pallets store dunnage etc.) in accordance with company standards;
Repack and container unloading as necessary;
Lift boxes ranging 1 - 50 pounds;
Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards
Job Requirements:
Completion of High School.
Class G2 or higher drivers licence
Experience as an Order Picker or a similar position.
Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift heavy items for extended periods of time.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic PC skills.
Voice picking or Manhattan Warehouse Management System experience is an asset.
Successful candidates must be in good standing for both performance and health & safety.
Schedule
Tuesday - Saturday 6:00am - 2:30pm
