Job Summary
Dental Assistant Opportunity Kamloops
A highly regarded and well-established dental office in Kamloops is seeking a friendly motivated Dental Assistant to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with one dedicated dentist practicing general dentistry.
Your main responsibilities:
-Assisting during a variety of procedures
-Taking digital X-rays
-Placing rubber dams
-Room set-up and sterilization/tear-down
-Intraoral scanning for treatments
-Child patient recalls
Schedule:
-Full-time including no weekends and no evenings!
-Four to five days per weekbased on your availability (Monday to Friday; or Tuesday to Friday)
-Hours: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Compensation & Benefits:
-Competitive wage: $28$34/hour (based on experience and certification)

Requirements for this position:
-Candidate must have previous dental experience either in dental assisting school or work experience in the dental field
-Certified Dental Assistant (CDA Level 2) preferred but not required (Dental Assistants Level 1/chairside will also be considered).
-New graduatesare welcome to apply right after dental assisting school!
-Positive attitude team-oriented strong communication skills
-Willingness to learn ask questions and take initiative
