Job Summary
Brisbanes Leading Independent Hotel is currently seeking a dynamic glass-half-full Food & Beverage Attendant in our Bar areas. We consider those looking for part-time or casual employment.

About the role
You will deliver exceptional beverage service to all our guests throughout our conference and events and Walnut Restaurant. You will have excellent knowledge of wines cocktails and the sequence of service. Providing efficient friendly and professional service to all guests by identifying and ensuring their needs wants and expectations are delivered will make you successful in this role.
About you:
- Experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or conference and events environment is preferable
- You have 1-2 years of bar experience
- A solid commitment to customer service and the ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of the sequence of service and table etiquette
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work nights weekends and public holidays
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
