Job Summary
Job Title: Centralized Material Planner Finishing Supplies
Location: Neenah WI (Hybrid Onsite 2 days per week typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM3:30 PM or 8:00 AM4:30 PM
Overview
We are seeking a Centralized Material Planner to support finished goods production for premium bath and towel product categories. This role is key in managing material supply coordinating vendor logistics and ensuring smooth production operations through efficient supply chain strategies.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented enjoys working with data and analytics and has a strong interest in logistics and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities

Execute material requirement plans to ensure supply and work-in-process availability that supports production schedules.

Maintain accurate planning information for finishing supplies within ERP systems (SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response) updating data for material or product changes.

Manage finishing supply changes to support business plans while minimizing obsolescence.

Coordinate finishing supply production with packaging and graphics timelines in collaboration with Operations Marketing Planning and Packaging teams.

Work with vendors to coordinate schedules establish priorities and prevent supply constraints or service issues.

Participate in and/or lead special projects related to logistics and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Business or a related field
(High school diploma with strong relevant experience will also be considered)

Ability to analyze data and make informed effective decisions

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Open-minded and willing to challenge processes to improve efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (training available for tech-savvy candidates)

Working knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor coordination

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
