Job Summary
Supplier Quality Engineer Energy Industry Full-Time Nationwide Search
Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) has been engaged by a leading organization in the energy manufacturing sector to identify an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer who can elevate supplier performance reduce defects and strengthen process excellence across a dynamic production ecosystem.

What Youll Do:

Ensure the quality of received components by reviewing supplier-provided data against drawings and specifications.

Analyze and report supplier performance metrics; identify trends and drive measurable process improvements.

Conduct supplier audits and assess compliance with ISO/NADCAP and internal manufacturing standards.
-
Collaborate with suppliers to develop corrective actions enhance process controls and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner cross-functionally with engineering procurement and production teams to align on quality goals and performance outcomes.
What You Bring:
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management (required).

5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering Manufacturing Quality Assurance or Process Improvement.

Strong foundation in root cause analysis CAPA supplier quality metrics and audit procedures.
-
Effective communicator who can influence teams and suppliers to achieve higher standards.
-
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process optimization methodologies.
-
Background in energy aerospace or industrial manufacturing preferred.
