About the Role
Were looking for a hands-on Masonry Superintendent who thrives in the field enjoys solving complex challenges and takes pride in building projects from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on-site leading crews coordinating with architects and ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to the highest standards.
Our projects range from neighborhood pocket parks to large-scale recreation and amenity centers. Every project begins with raw land and transforms into a space that serves communities for decades. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily masonry construction activities ensuring work meets schedule quality and safety goals.
- Lead and motivate in-house crews and subcontractors on multiple active job sites.
- Review project plans specifications and grading/drainage details to confirm accuracy and plan compliance.
- Ensure proper elevations layouts and drainage coordination.
- Coordinate closely with project managers architects and engineers to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage jobsite logistics material deliveries equipment use and documentation.
- Conduct and enforce safety meetings toolbox talks and OSHA compliance.
- Provide hands-on support in the field to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain daily reports labor tracking and progress updates.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of masonry or structural construction experience including at least 3 years in a superintendent or foreman-level role.
- Experience managing field operations for commercial municipal or amenity projects.
- Strong knowledge of masonry systems grading drainage and structural layout.
- Ability to read and interpret civil landscape and architectural plans.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore Bluebeam etc.) preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.

- Base salary: $100000 - $115000 annually performance bonuses
