We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PACU RN to join our dedicated surgical team in Sierra Vista AZ. As a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit nurse you will provide exceptional patient care during the critical recovery period after surgery. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
- Administer medications IVs and other post-operative treatments
- Assess and manage patient pain vital signs and overall recovery
- Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on post-surgery care and recovery
Required Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Current Arizona RN license required
- 1-2 years of experience in post-operative or PACU care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
