Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical detail-oriented and proactive Transaction Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing analyzing and processing financial transactions ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and providing support for financial reporting and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review validate and process a high volume of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Monitor transaction flows identify discrepancies or anomalies and perform reconciliations as needed.

Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

Ensure all transactions comply with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all transactions and related processes.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports audit schedules and supporting documentation.

Analyze transaction data to identify trends risks or opportunities for process improvement.

Support the implementation of process enhancements and participate in system testing or upgrades.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

Respond to transaction-related inquiries in a timely professional manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 2 years experience in transaction analysis financial operations banking or a similar analytical role.

Strong knowledge of financial instruments transaction processing and reconciliation.

Proficiency with financial systems databases and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.

Experience working with confidential information and maintaining strict data privacy.
