We are looking for a skilled and strategic Commercial Director to run our business operations boost sales and build long-term business relationships from a distance. The person who gets the job will lead the sales marketing and business development teams with vision making sure that the companys goals are met and that the market continues to grow.
Main Duties: Create carry out and keep an eye on business strategies that help the company grow and make money.
Manage lead and mentor sales marketing and business development teams that do great work.
Find new market opportunities and build relationships with important clients and stakeholders.
Make and keep track of budgets forecasts and business goals making sure they are in line with the companys goals.
To make business decisions look at market trends what competitors are doing and what customers want.
Make deals worth a lot of money and strategic partnerships.
Work with teams from different departments like product finance and operations to come up with integrated business solutions.
Make sure you follow all the rules policies and moral standards that apply to you.
Give executive leadership regular updates on how the business is doing what risks it faces and what opportunities it has.
Help the companys brand reputation and market position grow and improve.
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in business administration marketing finance or a related field is required (an MBA is preferred).
At least two years of experience leading a business preferably in a B2B or tech-driven field.
Proven ability to create and carry out business plans and meet revenue goals.
Great at leading negotiating and getting along with others.
Knowledge of CRM software sales analytics and digital marketing tools.
Great skills in speaking and writing.
Good at making decisions organizing things and analyzing things.
Experience working in a remote or distributed setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience growing a businesss commercial operations in a company that is growing quickly.
Experience in a global or multi-regional market.
An advanced understanding of contract law and compliance rules.
Pay:
Pay per hour: $85.00 to $120.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
