Position: Customer Care / Feedback Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care / Feedback this role you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer feedback identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance our overall customer experience.
Please note: This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States. Were unable to consider applications from outside the U.S. at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various channels (phone email social media etc.) in a timely and professional manner
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key findings to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care and feedback management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 2 years of experience in customer service or feedback analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus

Pay Rate: $50-75 per hour depending on experience
Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)
Training Bonus: $500 incentive upon completion
Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
