Your Role
As a Customer Support Specialist youll be the voice of one of Frances top telecom brands!
You will:

Assist customers via phone email and chat

Provide support with subscriptions billing and technical troubleshooting

Offer clear and personalized solutions for every customer

Deliver an excellent service experience while representing a global brand
What Were Looking For

French: Native or C2 level (no accent preferred)

Positive attitude and great communication skills

No previous experience required well train you!

Team spirit and willingness to grow in a multicultural environment
Work Schedule
-
Monday to Saturday Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

On-site in our Porto office
What We Offer

Base Salary: 930/month (x14)

Performance Bonus: 100/month (first 3 months) then based on results

Meal Allowance: 9/day
