POSITION TITLE: Inside Sales Representative

REPORTING TO: Senior Lead Customer Experience - Anthony

LOCATION: Cebu Philippines

Summary Description:

Were seeking a driven and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Experience Anthonys team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys solving customer challenges and is passionate about delivering exceptional service from quote to post-shipment support. Youll play a key role in supporting our sales managers and commissioned representatives ensuring seamless order processing accurate pricing and a positive customer journey.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
  • Provide responsive high-quality customer service across all touchpoints
  • Initiate and manage pre-sale activities including product knowledge quoting and order entry
  • Ensure post-shipment follow-through and customer satisfaction
  • Assure accurate customer pricing
  • Collaborate with sales managers and reps to support quoting and order fulfillment
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve customer concerns
  • Track and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales

  • Experience with AS400 or similar mainframe systems
