About the job: Oracle Fusion Applications Technical Lead Manager (Makati) Hybrid
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) SOAP and REST APIs.
- Work with functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless and secure data flow between applications adhering to best practices and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure business continuity.
- Execute data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes to migrate data from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion Applications using tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
- Develop scripts and processes for data transformation ensuring accuracy completeness and consistency.
- Validate and reconcile converted data working closely with business users to ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in technical development within Oracle Fusion Applications.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical lead in Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Proven experience with integration development data conversion analytics and report building within Oracle Fusion modules with expertise in at least three of them
- Proven experience in integrations data conversions and report development.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and familiarity with ERP HCM and SCM.
- Strong expertise in SQL PL/SQL SOAP REST APIs and data migration tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and other integration technologies.
- Competency in Oracle BI Publisher OTBI and Smart View for report development.
