Ventia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Services Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis covering maternity leave. This role is based in Auckland and is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting people processes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Youll be responsible for managing high volumes of onboarding activities and preparing letters of offer for new hires across the business. This is a fast-paced role where priorities can shift quickly so adaptability and a calm organised approach are key. Youll be working closely with our People & Culture team to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all new starters.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Coordinating end-to-end onboarding processes
- Preparing and issuing employment documentation
- Managing data entry and updates in HR systems
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
- Supporting the team with other transactional HR tasks as needed
ABOUT YOU
Youre someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys ticking things off a to-do list. Youve likely worked in a transactional or admin-heavy role before and are confident using computer systems. You dont need to know everythingwhat matters most is your positive attitude willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
To be successful youll need to:
- Be based in Auckland
- Be computer literate and comfortable with data entry
- Have a solid work ethic and a team-first mindset
- Be able to manage changing priorities and high volumes of work
- Ideally have experience in HR administration or similar (but not essential)
