Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic President/CEO to lead a Manufacturing company that is backed by a prominent private equity firm. As the President/CEO you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision overall management and operational excellence of the company. While experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred it is not essential. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the companys long-term goals and objectives ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

- Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to establish and monitor financial goals budgets and forecasts ensuring the companys financial health and performance.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities partnerships and market trends to expand the companys presence and drive revenue growth.
- Investor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for investors and stakeholders ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships.
- Team Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse workforce fostering a positive and inclusive culture while promoting employee engagement professional development and high-performance standards.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks and challenges implementing appropriate strategies to safeguard the companys interests.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and ethical standards adhering to corporate governance guidelines and industry best practices.
- External Relations: Represent the company in industry forums conferences and networking events enhancing the companys reputation and fostering beneficial relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a President/CEO or in a senior leadership role preferably with experience in the manufacturing sector (but not essential).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent financial management skills including budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring teams fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and high performance.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of compliance governance and risk management practices.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Salary and Bonuses:
This position offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from $250000 to $400000 per year which includes a combination of salary and bonuses. The exact amount will be determined based on the candidates qualifications and experience. Furthermore performance-based bonuses and incentives will be awarded based on the successful attainment of predetermined goals.
