Job Description

Manufacturing Process Operator

At Teledyne MEMS part of Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. were shaping the future of precision manufacturing. Our Edmonton facility produces advanced microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) that power innovations in aerospace medical devices and industrial applications. What Youll Do

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to meet quality and safety standards.

  • Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production records.

  • Perform routine equipment setups calibrations and basic troubleshooting.

  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality compliance.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

  • Maintain a clean organized workspace and adhere to contamination protocols.

  • Support continuous improvement projects and share ideas for efficiency.

  • Communicate issues affecting safety quality or delivery to supervisors.

  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.

What You Need

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions required.

  • Good manual dexterity and comfort working with small components required.

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE required.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry required.

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience advantage.

  • Knowledge of quality control processes advantage.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
