The Role:
As our MSP Concierge youll be the first friendly face new MSP customers meet. Youll guide them through onboarding into the Trupeer ecosystem helping them feel confident with Kaseya and connected to the broader MSP community. Youll also partner with the marketing team to share success stories build engagement and keep the Trupeer brand front of mind across our network.
What Youll Do:
Lead onboarding for new MSP customers including welcome calls training sessions and check-ins
Help MSPs adopt Kaseya tools and Trupeer frameworks so theyre set up for success
Act as the main point of contact during early onboarding offering proactive support and guidance
Work with the marketing team to develop content campaigns and community stories that highlight MSP success
Provide feedback to continuously improve onboarding and enhance the customer experience
Help build and strengthen the MSP peer community through events initiatives and engagement activities
Maintain strong relationships with MSP clients ensuring they feel supported and valued long after onboarding
What Were Looking For:
A people person who enjoys helping others and can make tech feel approachable
Experience or familiarity with MSPs and the managed services industry (bonus if you know Kaseya)
Confident managing multiple priorities across onboarding customer engagement and marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised proactive and detail-oriented
A creative and engaging personality that brings positive energy to every interaction
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
