Job Summary
We are seeking an Offering Associate to join our Real World Data team. This role supports the Offering & Information team in developing and presenting new services for pharmaceutical clients leveraging IQVIAs extensive real-world data assets. You will work closely with Global Offering Managers Sales and R&D Data Scientists to enhance existing offerings and co-create new informationbased services with potential global impact.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze complex proprietary IQVIA databases to uncover pharma market dynamics and identify innovation opportunities
- Monitor and interpret internal and external data to generate actionable business insights
- Support commercial activities and client engagement with a strong focus on data and insights
- Assist in preparing client presentations and materials for offering development
- Collaborate with clients to resolve data-related or offering-related issues
- Partner with R&D teams to support the development and automation of ML solutions using RWD healthcare big data (e.g. physician and patient-level data)
Qualifications
- Masters Degree Economics Statistics (STEM) or relevant field with curiosity for Healthcare-related sector
- 1 year of relevant experience in Corporate or Consulting companies
- Nice to have some programming skills experience (e.g. R Python SAS)
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Fluent in Italian and English (speaking and writing)
- Pharmaceutical experience/knowledge will be considered a plus
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers managers and clients
