About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cross-functional technology programs across our healthcare business operations. This role will be central in shaping the architecture of cutting-edge solutions by working closely with internal stakeholders the technical community and third-party software vendors. The successful candidate will be hands-on capable of developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts while also providing strategic architectural guidance that drives innovation in agentic AI platforms multi-agent systems and enterprise automation.
Your role:
- Solution Architecture Leadership
- Define and own the architecture for AI automation and enterprise-scale solutions across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with product teams engineering operations and business stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals.
- Hands-On Prototyping & POCs
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate emerging technologies.
- Develop prototypes write code and demonstrate solution feasibility.
- Vendor & Technology Evaluation
- Conduct white-spotting exercises to identify unmet business needs and opportunities for innovation.
- Perform technical due diligence of third-party vendor solutions ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and enterprise standards.
- Agentic AI Platform Development
- Architect and build a scalable agentic AI platform to enable creation orchestration and governance of multiple intelligent agents.
- Define best practices for agentic architectures integrating automation reasoning and decision-making capabilities.
- Governance & Best Practices
- Establish architectural guidelines reference models and reusable frameworks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and technical leads.
Youre the right fit if:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 years in software architecture or solution architecture roles with significant experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Strong background in AI automation multi-agent systems and enterprise integration.
- Proven track record in leading POCs prototypes and large-scale solution design.
Skills:
- Deep technical expertise in distributed systems cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) APIs and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python Java C# or similar).
- Strong experience in evaluating vendor technologies including due diligence and integration strategies.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare (HIPAA GDPR ISO).
- Leadership: Ability to influence across technical and business teams drive alignment and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
