What you bring

Ideally you are someone who enjoys creating structure enabling collaboration and supporting technical teams with tools and processes. You are curious about technology (maybe you have an engineering background) and thrive in a fast-paced and informal work environment. You are skilled in creating structures that help developers deliver their best work. You bring:

• A genuine interest in both people and technology and a drive to help teams succeed
• Experience as a Scrum Master Agile Coach or similar role in a software development environment
• Facilitation coaching and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with modern software delivery practices
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative proactive mindset

What you will be working on

• Guide teams in adopting and evolving a structured approach to software development
• Facilitate and coach our teams in iterative ways of working
• Drive transparency and continuous improvement in both technical and process domains
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the socio-technical system supports reliable and high-quality releases (tools CI/CD pipelines infrastructure as well as team practices)
• Champion a culture of psychological safety open feedback and mutual respect

What we offer

Youll be part of the Mozart team within the Software Platforms department. While this team is deeply technical and focused on embedded Linux development your role will focus on enabling smooth delivery execution through tools structure and communication. Youll work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure our processes are efficient and transparent.
