We are looking for a skilled individual with an interest in data and business process transformation. You will be instrumental in driving data excellence across the organization.

You have strong stakeholder management capabilities thrives with enabling others and has a flair for making the convoluted simple.

You are independent entrepreneurial and enjoys strategic work and not daunted by immense scope and is excellent at prioritization.

Welcome to the Master Data Governance Team

The Master Data Governance team manages the processes information architecture transformation activities and technologies for master data across the Novonesis business processes.

The team consists of specialists with a broad knowledge of data and processes and the people and transformation skills to enable change.

The team removes friction from processes creates a shared understanding of our data and prepares the data foundation for automation and agentic AI.

In this role youll make an impact by:

• Leading enterprise-level Data transformation projects ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

• Defining and driving the strategic vision for master data management across the organization

• Owning the development and implementation of enterprise-wide master data governance frameworks policies and standards

• Driving innovative approaches to master data management leveraging emerging technologies and best practices

• Serving as a key driver of adoption for new tools frameworks and processes

• Mentoring senior and junior master data specialists fostering a culture of continuous improvement

To succeed you must hold:

• Masters degree in Business Administration Data Management Information Systems or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in master data management governance or related roles with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.

• Knowledge about ERP CRM or MDM systems (e.g. SAP Salesforce).

• Certification in data management or governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA CDMP) is a plus.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with experience working at executive levels.

• An ability to navigate a complex global organization and manage competing priorities effectively.

• A proactive results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
