About the role:
This role is responsible for leading a team of contracts specialists and contract administrators overseeing the delivery of project-related contracts. Youll lead the development maintenance and ongoing administration of commercial agreements while providing expert advice on contract terms and conditions contracting strategies and risk management to support effective project delivery and informed decision-making.:
- Manage the development of new contracts and/or review proposed contracts
- Assist with the development of Statements of Work and tender documentation
- Coordinate the request for proposals quotations and tenders including the evaluation and award of project contracts
- Analyse and interpret contract documentation and resolve any disputes arising from contractual disputes
- Assist with the development of project commercial and contract processes
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business Engineering Quantity Surveyor or Legal discipline
- Professional certification highly desired
- Experience in Tier 1 contracting / major infrastructure projects (rail exposure an advantage)
- Highly organised with strong multi-tasking capabilities
- High level of written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Skilled and experienced in negotiating successful outcomes
