Regional Operations Partner (DVM) Tampa/Sarasota FL
A well-established veterinary network is seeking a Regional Operations Partner to provide clinical excellence and leadership support across multiple hospitals in the Tampa/Sarasota Florida region. This position is designed for an experienced Veterinarian who thrives on mentorship collaboration and driving medical and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate high-quality veterinary care while maintaining a partial clinical caseload
Mentor and guide veterinarians fostering professional growth and confidence in medical and surgical skills
Partner with hospital teams to promote efficiency strong communication and a positive work environment
Participate in recruitment onboarding and professional development of new doctors
Support quality assurance compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned hospitals
Collaborate on operational planning resource allocation and performance analysis to ensure overall practice success
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited program
Active or obtainable veterinary license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 35 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
Willingness to travel regionally to support assigned hospitals
