2026 Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program Corporate Controllers Full Time Analyst

As a Full Time Analyst in the Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program Corporate Controllers Track you will collaborate with our top-tier professionals to influence and shape crucial decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. This two-year rotational program delivers in-depth industry training one-on-one mentorship and hands-on be placed as a member of one of our finance teams within the Corporate Controller organization where youll work within one of the following functional groups: Financial Control External Reporting Control Legal Entity Control Control Management and Program Management. Youll provide information analysis and recommendations to drive decisions that impact our financial addition to ongoing technical and professional skill development we offer dedicated CPA certification support and licensure-qualifying placement. On completion of the program we will work with you to identify your next role.

Corporate Controller roles are predominantly within the Financial Control responsibilities below align to each functional group.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy integrity and timeliness of the Firms books and records with an emphasis on reconciliation of the general ledger risk management systems and infrastructure controls across the Firm.

• Design implement and execute end-to-end processes supporting U.S. Regulatory Reporting including Consolidated Capital Standalone and CCAR/DFAST/ICAAP reporting Regulatory Reporting Policy and training and exam management.

• Ensure that the Firms Legal Entity Control Standards are enforced and that proper governance and oversight over financial statements exists at a legal entity level.
• Facilitate key controls such as financial statement oversight/reporting analytical reviews and general ledger controls.

• Maintain a strong and consistent control environment across Firmwide Finance promoting early operational risk identification and assessment effective design and valuation of controls and sustainable solutions to mitigate operational risk.

• Contribute to programs that are large scale and comprised of multiple projects and work streams.
• Drive initiatives across line of business or firm-wide agendas for implementation of new regulations standards or policies.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

• Pursuing a B.A. B.S. or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
• Excellent leadership interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• A well-rounded academic background with an interest in financial management data analysis and accounting
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organizations

• Intermediate Excel Skills (Vlookup Pivot Tables Index Match)
