Job Summary

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Summarize audit results and issue reports to variousfunctions.
Work with brand leadership to provide information on any processes or procedures
Ensure Compliance to Established Standards Of Operational and Procedural Policies
Establish department and personal goals for team monitor performance review progress and make recommendations
Monitor all audit trends with-in areas of responsibilities and institute plans for corrective action as appropriate. Identify high shrink facilities and develop programs aimed at reducing or eliminating negative impact on store deliveries
Conduct Quality Assurance Audits through-out the Distribution Centers which involve pallet construction wrapping techniques and loading procedures thereby creating a better product for the customer.
To ensure a safe working environment for all staff/associates by providing instruction and monitoring of auditing work areas.
Conduct periodic Slot Inspection Audits with a member of theManagement Staff in an effort to identify miss-slotted items damaged or un-salable items and other areas of concern that would affect the customer.

- High school education or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in managing a team.
