At Sweetwater Propane were a faith-based locally owned company that provides dependable propane delivery to homes farms and businesses across Southern Pennsylvania and the Finger Lakes region of New York. Were committed to integrity respectful service and strong community tiesand were seeking a Delivery Customer Service Representative who shares these this role youll assist customers process orders and support the service team in ensuring every customers experience is handled with care and professionalism.
What Youll Do as a Customer Service Rep:
- Greet & assist customers in a friendly courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phones check voicemails and respond to general propane-related inquiries.
- Process payments in person by phone and through the mail.
- Prepare delivery tickets and enter accurate data into internal systems.
- Support the service department with administrative office tasks.
- Communicate with team members to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Help maintain a clean organized office environment.
- Work full-time in-office hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with one Saturday morning shift per month (November-March)

- Willing to Learn: No prior experience or specific education is requiredwe provide training.
- Customer-focused: Communicates listens well and delivers helpful friendly service.
- Organized & Detailed: Stays on top of tasks keeps records accurate and follows through consistently.
- Team Player: Brings a positive attitude works hard and supports team goals.
- Tech Comfortable: Basic MS Word Excel and Outlook proficiency.
- Active: Sit walk and bend as needed during the workday.
