Role Overview

Were looking for an Account Executive to join our team and help support a portfolio of venture-backed startups. Youll act as an extension of the founder and GTM team leading demos managing opportunities and refining sales motions as these companies move from 0 to 1 in revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity loves building and wants exposure to multiple fast-moving B2B SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles for high-velocity B2B SaaS deals ($30K$100K ACV).
  • Work directly with startup founders and QC Growths GTM team to refine messaging objection handling and sales materials.
  • Manage CRM hygiene pipeline forecasting and post-demo follow-up with precision.
  • Build and test early sales motions across multiple startups adapting quickly to new industries and audiences.
  • Contribute to product feedback loops identifying patterns in customer needs and helping inform roadmap direction.
  • Support GTM experiments (cold outbound inbound qualification partner outreach etc.) as part of the broader growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • 37 years of B2B SaaS sales experience ideally at the startup or early-growth stage.
  • Proven success closing deals of $30K average contract value (mid-market or light enterprise).
  • Comfortable managing multiple products or client relationships simultaneously.
  • A Swiss Army knife mindset youre hands-on resourceful and love wearing multiple hats.
  • Experience working in or selling to technical buyers (developer tools infrastructure or AI a plus).
  • Startup experience you understand how to operate without a big brand name or perfect process.
