Role: FP&A Manager

Salary: up to 70000 DOE

Location: Southampton (hybrid available)

We are seeking a commercially astute and analytically driven FP&A Manager to lead financial planning forecasting and performance analysis across the group. This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making through insightful reporting and data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in NetSuite ERP and Power BI enabling seamless integration of financial data and advanced visual analytics.

FP&A Manager the role

• Lead the budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes across business units.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions.
• Own monthly reporting packs variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes NetSuite ERP and related systems and reporting tools.
• Consolidate and analyse data from NetSuite to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time performance tracking and executive reporting.
• Support M&A activity investment appraisals and post-deal integration analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

FP&A Manager the person

• Essential
• Proven experience in a senior FP&A or commercial finance role.
• Experience of Sales &Operation Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERPreporting data extraction and financial consolidation.
• Strong expertise in Power BIdata modelling DAX and dashboard creation.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in a multi-entity or group structure is highly desirable.
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent).

• Experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
• Exposure to SaaS tech or services sectors.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
