Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with experience testing ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality reliability and performance of ServiceNow modules through manual and automated testing.

Tasks

Design develop and execute test cases for ServiceNow modules workflows and custom applications.
Perform functional regression and integration testing on new and existing ServiceNow features.
Validate ServiceNow configurations business rules and workflows against requirements.
Collaborate with developers administrators and business analysts to identify and resolve defects.
Create and maintain test documentation including test plans test scripts and defect reports.
Support automated testing efforts using tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework) within ServiceNow.
Participate in release and deployment cycles ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements

2 years of experience in QA or software testing.
Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications (ITSM ITOM HRSD etc.).
Understanding of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and platform architecture.
Knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
Familiarity with JIRA Postman or other testing and defect tracking tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
