Job Summary:
Westley Resource is hiring a Tier I Help Desk Support Specialist to provide remote technical support and customer service. You ll assist users with password issues account access and basic troubleshooting and escalate more complex problems to senior IT staff.
Responsibilities:
Help users with login password and access issues
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Troubleshoot basic software and network problems
Support account setup and role assignments
Escalate unresolved issues to Tier II support
Maintain accurate records in ITSM tools
Requirements:
1 2 years of helpdesk or call center experience
Basic knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft Office and Outlook
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy (preferred)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow procedures and work in a team
