5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Cloud implementation and support.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
Strong grasp of the sales and service lifecycle
Configuration and Extension of Fusion Application using Redwood Sales (Next Gen Sales) technology
Proficient in Groovy scripting to cater to diverse business requirements
Establishing security protocols by creating roles Access groups and providing diverse access levels
Experience in configuring multiple business units Multiple Currencies Geography setup
Developing Reports & Analytics (OBIEE & OTBI)
Knowledge on building reports using RTF template
Skilled in forecasting quota management and territory configuration
Good knowledge on configuring BPM workflow
Sales Catalog implementation
Knowledge in extending Oracle CX Mobile app
Outlook Integration with Sales Cloud
Organization Hierarchy setup and SSO
Experienced in customer data management (Deduplication and Merge functionality)
Service Request Functionality
Setup-
Queue Assignment Category setup Inbound and Outbound Email Setup
Familiarity with milestone configuration
Experience in Knowledge Management
