Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate training sessions workshops and seminars.
- Maintain training schedules and ensure the availability of resources (trainers materials equipment).
- Handle logistics including venue arrangements participant registration and tracking attendance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training events.
- Track and report training progress ensuring the effective delivery of all programs.
- Act as the point of contact for any training-related queries and issues.
- Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation for compliance.
Soft Skills Training:
- Conduct engaging soft skills workshops focusing on areas like communication teamwork leadership problem-solving and emotional intelligence.
- Develop and update training materials tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use a variety of delivery methods (in-person virtual group exercises role-playing etc.) to facilitate learning.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Assist in measuring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Groomable Trainer Role:
- Willingness to continually upskill and develop training abilities transitioning to a full-fledged trainer role over time.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal knowledge and skills in soft skills and facilitation techniques.
- Mentor and coach other junior trainers (when applicable).
Key Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Psychology or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a training coordination role preferably in an educational or corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with organizing and executing training programs.
- Prior exposure to soft skills training is a plus (but not mandatory if you are in a growth role).
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication
- Good understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) MS Office and virtual training tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
