Job Summary

MW Partners is currently seeking a Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

Lead and coordinate multi-solution programs across CDP Email Marketing CMS and Marketing Operations and other marketing technology related areas.
Partner externally with our customer and internally with Adobe teams to define program goals success metrics and execution plans.
Manage intake prioritization and execution of workstreams using project management tools.
Facilitate operational cadences including weekly PMO syncs SteerCo meetings and tactical stand-ups.
Track progress identify risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
Own stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication among cross-functional teams.
Support reporting and documentation needs for executive visibility and strategic alignment.

Requirements:

10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B software program management with focus on delivery management.
Proven experience managing programs involving CDP Email Marketing CMS and Marketing Operations.
Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and customer experience strategies.
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and workflow systems.
Ability to understand and operate in a matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working in customer delivery roles for large-scale enterprise software transformation projects with focus on marketing technology.
Familiarity with Adobe Digital Experience (DX) products.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Ability to travel to customer locations in and around the Seattle area.
