Location: India
Typical Background: 5–8 years in HR domain with experience authoring SOPs managing escalations and enforcing policy.
Role Purpose:
Apply policy judgment to complex HR cases; define acceptance criteria mentor Generalists and refine training data and rubrics to improve model quality.
Core Responsibilities:
- Interpret complex HR outputs involving eligibility documentation and SLA compliance.
- Define golden examples and edge-case boundaries for high-risk HR flows.
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring defects and recommend rubric/prompt enhancements.
- Mentor Generalists and lead training sessions on nuanced HR policies and compliance.
Must-Have Experience:
- Strong grasp of HR SOPs compliance language and PII handling.
- Experience in SOP authorship or policy rollout.
- Skilled in presenting policy rationale and guiding decisions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources or equivalent combination of education training and or relevant work experience.
- 5–8 years in HR domain with experience reviewing HR content.
- Strong consulting skills with all levels of management and the ability to articulate concepts and organizational perspectives in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently achieve deliverables within tight timeframes and work effectively in a diverse collaborative environment.
- Strong focus on quality of work and attention to detail.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Exposure to core HR processes Working knowledge of HR and CMS systems
- Familiarity with HR systems case tools and content platforms.
- Open to work in 24 * 7 shifts & on call rotation
- Strong fluency in English and analytical review skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification in HR or Compliance (e.g. SHRM-SCP HRCI or equivalent).
- Experience in policy interpretation for global HR standards and risk governance.
- Proven ability to lead RCA and calibration initiatives for quality improvement.
