Job Title: Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant to join our clients HRIS team. The ideal candidate will be Workday Certified and bring hands-on expertise in implementing configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting modules. This role is critical in aligning the clients talent acquisition processes with Workday best practices to ensure a seamless recruiting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional design configuration and testing of the Workday Recruiting module.
Partner with HR Talent Acquisition and IT stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
Support integrations with other Workday modules (HCM Core HR Onboarding etc.).
Configure business processes job requisition workflows and recruiting dashboards.
Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot issues perform system audits and recommend enhancements.
Stay current on new Workday releases and functionality related to Recruiting.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Workday Recruiting Certification is mandatory.
3 years of Workday Recruiting configuration and support experience.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and HR systems integration.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote fast-paced environment.
