Job Summary
Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a Workday Benefits Functional Consultant with proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday Benefits solutions. The successful candidate will be Workday Certified and have in-depth knowledge of benefits administration open enrollment and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design configure and maintain Workday Benefits modules (healthcare insurance retirement plans etc.).
Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits setup and processing.
Manage open enrollment setup testing and issue resolution.
Analyze business needs and recommend system solutions or process improvements.
Support integrations between Workday and third-party benefits providers.
Develop user training materials and assist with system testing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Workday Benefits Certification is required.
3 years of hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience.
Comprehensive understanding of benefits design eligibility rules and integrations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
