Performance management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Compensation and benefits: Managing payroll administering employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans and conducting salary reviews.
Employee relations: Bridging the gap between management and employees handling employee concerns and working to improve employee engagement.
Compliance and policy: Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws updating HR policies and maintaining employee records.
Strategy and support: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives providing reports and data to management and advising on human capital needs.
Key skills and qualifications
Skills: Strong communication negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills. People-oriented with strong leadership and management abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HR systems and databases.
Experience: Proven experience in HR roles.
