Requirements:
- Communicate with customers regarding their tools needing repair
- Receive and book-in tool for repair on ERP system
- Generate job cards
- Strip and quote
- Follow-up on go-aheads
- Pick spare parts for repair
- Repair tools
- Invoice repaired tools
- Arrange dispatch/collection of tools
- Handle all repair queries telephonically or in person
Experience:- Workshop technician experiences a must with power tools experience highly preferable
- Technically minded
- Confident self-starter and disciplined
- Presentable and well spoken
- Must be confident to speak to customers and advise them on technical matters regarding their tools and spares
- Must have own transport
- Must be computer literate and able to handle the whole process from receiving tools for repairs booking in tools quoting repairing invoicing etc.
