Join a leading precast manufacturing division as a hands-on Factory Manager and lead our dynamic Hollow Core Precast facility. This role is perfect for an energetic experienced professional ready to oversee high-volume production drive quality and manage a skilled team of 50 across multiple shifts.
Join a leading precast manufacturing division as a hands-on Factory Manager and lead our dynamic Hollow Core Precast facility. This role is perfect for an energetic experienced professional ready to oversee high-volume production drive quality and manage a skilled team of 50 across multiple shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily factory operations to meet production quality and safety targets.
- Manage two shifts and five supervisors including scheduling and overtime control.
- Optimize costs monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Drive production planning and ensure timely casting lane stripping and delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Produce detailed reports for management review.
- Uphold OHS standards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee the manufacture of precast elements including stairs beams and lintels.
- 8 years in manufacturing or construction management.
- Understanding of concrete production formwork reinforcing and pre-tension steel (advantageous).
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in batch plants saws hydraulic jacks and cranes.
- Strong leadership administrative and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Deadline-driven detail-oriented and committed to quality.
- Competitive salary based on experience.

- Annual December/January shutdown.
- Working hours: MonThu 07:0017:30 Fri 07:0015:00.
