Job Summary
- Maximize Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to optimize room and Food & Beverage revenue ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Top Line Management: Take responsibility for the hotels overall top line performance driving initiatives that enhance profitability.
- Business Acumen: Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends competitor strategies and customer data to inform revenue strategies.
- Communication: Foster excellent horizontal communication across departments to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies and initiatives.
- Innovative Thinking: Employ an out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving and strategy development leveraging creative solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the forecasting and budgeting process to ensure accurate revenue projections and financial planning.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing actionable insights to the executive team for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor the revenue management team promoting a culture of accountability and excellence in revenue generation.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Hotel Management School or general Business school.
- Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.
- A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities experience in study cases market research and studies with mathematical background;
- Languages: fluent in the national language and good level in English
