Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join our this role you will design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging Python Machine Learning Large Language Models (LLMs) and classical NLP techniques.
You will collaborate with a team of experts to analyze data build scalable models and develop innovative GenAI solutions that drive business impact. Additionally you will mentor junior team members and may take ownership of specific AI topics or projects.
Location: This position is open for talents in Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms models and LLM-based pipelines.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and patterns that support data-driven decisions.
- Write production-quality Python code following best practices (version control testing documentation).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI GenAI and Data Science.
- Integrate AI models into production systems in collaboration with software engineering teams.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Data Science or AI Engineering roles.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and standard ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG/agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex etc.).
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and libraries.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- High attention to detail and strong task prioritization skills.
Language Skills: Fluent in English
